Responsibilities

• Shape technical strategy and drive execution by partnering with Engineering and Product leadership
• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives from ideation to delivery
• Act as a key architect for system evolution, driving migrations and ensuring scalability and reliability
• Raise engineering excellence by identifying bottlenecks and championing high standards through RFCs and post-mortems
• Operate as a multiplier by mentoring Senior Engineers, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers
• Drive critical technical decision-making, including build-vs-buy trade-offs and vendor evaluations

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering and large-scale system architecture
• Ability to derive technical strategy from business goals
• Hands-on mindset with experience building proofs of concept and iterating quickly
• Proven ability to influence and align multiple teams without formal authority
• Product-minded approach to engineering and technical decision-making
• Experience driving engineering excellence through mentoring and quality frameworks
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
