About the Company

Keller Postman represents a broad array of clients in class and mass actions, individual arbitrations, and multidistrict litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. The firm has prosecuted high-profile mass tort, antitrust, privacy, product liability, employment, and consumer-rights cases.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and finalize complex legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery
• Collaborate with partners and associates to develop written legal arguments and case strategy
• Conduct in-depth legal research and translate findings into persuasive written analysis
• Prepare memoranda and internal work product to support litigation efforts
• Draft client communications and litigation updates
• Assist with fact development and case workups
• Communicate with courts, outside counsel, clients, experts, and vendors
• Ensure all written work complies with federal and state procedural rules

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• At least three years of litigation experience with a focus on legal drafting and writing
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar
• Demonstrated strength in legal writing, editing, and written advocacy
• Experience drafting complex litigation documents across multiple jurisdictions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
