About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Dean, Graduate Admissions Counselor, and Program Advisor.
- Follow up on incomplete program applications and prepare completed applications for faculty review.
- Manage general email inboxes and respond to inquiries from applicants and students.
- Assist with on-campus visits, interview days, and event setup.
- Process incoming student transcripts and ensure completion of criminal history background checks for clinical programs.
- Support the check-in, check-out, and protocol ordering process for clinical testing kits.
- Assist with student paperwork required for degree conferral, including dissertations and internship certificates.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative assistant or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Suite products (Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Forms, etc.).
- Ability to learn and demonstrate basic competency in a CRM system (Slate).
- Strong organizational, time management, and professional communication skills.
