Staff Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI workflows, prompt engineering strategies, and feedback loops for enterprise use cases.
• Architect model gateways to manage multi-LLM strategies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) based on accuracy and cost.
• Develop agentic workflows and orchestration for multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
• Architect Lakehouse environments and implement pipelines for document parsing, chunking, and vectorization.
• Build and maintain domain-specific ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic registries.
• Implement observability frameworks to monitor GenAI performance, latency, drift, and token usage.
• Integrate GenAI systems into enterprise applications via APIs, microservices, and workflow engines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Sciences, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in technology roles.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture or enterprise AI implementation.
• Proficiency in Python programming.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Agentic frameworks for autonomous task orchestration.
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
