Staff Applications Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in tactile sensing to solve challenging customer problems in robotics and humanoid applications
• Provide insights for new product definitions based on customer requirements and system-level understanding
• Collaborate with internal product teams to develop comprehensive signal-chain solutions
• Create technical documentation including preliminary datasheets, user guides, evaluation boards, and application notes
• Contribute to evaluation software and support lab measurements and data capture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal fundamentals
• Background in hardware and software system integration, initialization, and debugging
• Excellent communication skills for technical presentations and documentation
• Ability to support customer engagements, technical workshops, and demonstrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with printed circuit board (PCB) design and design tools
• Knowledge of robotics, automation systems, AI/ML, and perception systems
