Staff Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives
• Provide data for management review and track performance against established plans
• Coordinate and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
• Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to identify strategic options
• Provide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation for large meetings and events
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Monitor plan execution and communicate status updates to all project participants
• Develop and deploy localized training content

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
• 5+ years of experience managing business metrics to drive data-driven solutions and decisions
• 5+ years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
• 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 to meet export control requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Previous experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience with workforce management or strategy and associated tools
