Staff Analyst - SAP GTS

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP GTS projects, including blueprinting, configuration, and testing
• Collaborate with Global Government Affairs and Trade teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Perform configuration activities across GTS Compliance, Customs, and Risk Management modules
• Integrate GTS with other SAP modules such as SD, EWM, and TM, as well as external customs authorities
• Provide technical specifications to development teams for custom code solutions
• Analyze business processes to recommend automation and continuous improvement for Global Trade operations
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver end-user training to a global audience

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, or International Trade
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS with deep knowledge of Compliance, Customs, and Risk modules
• Solid understanding of global import and export regulations (US, EU, and Asia Pacific)
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical subjects to diverse audiences
• Ability to establish effective working relationships and influence cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry
• Proficiency in ABAP debugging to troubleshoot custom code
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Familiarity with .Net Technologies including ASP.Net, C#, XML, and SQL
