Collect and analyze data to ensure accuracy and integrity of system data
Analyze existing protocols and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for efficiency
Develop new system and procedural training and protocol manuals
Communicate with Law Department personnel and client agency staff regarding reports and pending requests
Identify and recommend quality assurance methods to resolve issues
Prepare and conduct searches in assigned client agency systems for discovery responses
Assist management in conducting studies and collecting data on operations and budgetary requirements

Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, public administration, or a Juris Doctor degree; OR
Baccalaureate degree and two years of professional experience in budget, management, or public administration; OR
Associate degree and four years of professional experience; OR
High school diploma and six years of professional experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Experience with productivity software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
Familiarity with SQL-based databases
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
