About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to ensure accuracy and integrity of system data
- Analyze existing protocols and prepare comprehensive reports with efficiency recommendations
- Develop new system and procedural training and protocol manuals
- Communicate with Law Department personnel and client agency staff regarding reports and pending requests
- Identify and recommend quality assurance methods to resolve issues
- Prepare and conduct searches in assigned client agency systems for discovery responses
Requirements
- Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, public administration, or a Juris Doctor degree; OR
- Baccalaureate degree and two years of professional experience in budget, management, or public administration; OR
- Associate degree and four years of professional experience; OR
- High school diploma and six years of professional experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with SQL-based databases
- Experience with productivity software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
