Staff Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the innovation and development of market-leading DesignWare LPDDR PHY IP solutions
• Manage a team of design engineers and collaborate with Architect, Verification, Physical implementation, and Firmware teams
• Contribute to all design phases from specification to productization
• Drive the team to achieve optimal timing, performance, and power goals
• Provide technical leadership and customer support for integration into client SoCs

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering
• 12-15 years of experience in complex technical development
• 2 years of experience in people management and employee development
• Proficiency with synthesizable Verilog and System Verilog design concepts
• Experience with front-end design flows, including linting, synthesis, STA, cross-domain clocking, DFT, and power optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of DDR memory and DDR PHY architecture
