Staff Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and own key analog blocks including Bandgap references, Analog Buffers, Op-Amps, Comparators, and high-speed level shifters
• Develop architectures to meet block-level performance specifications and introduce innovative ideas to improve designs
• Work closely with layout engineers to guide and ensure high-quality analog layouts that meet performance requirements
• Manage standard design, extraction, and simulation flows, optimizing setups for speed, convergence, and accuracy
• Mentor junior and fresh engineers to upscale their technical skills and efficacy
• Take full ownership of block development within committed schedules and support senior members in building subsystems or chip tops
• Design I/O rings for ICs with a strong understanding of ESD requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in Analog Circuit Design, Simulation, and Verification
• Proven experience with the design and full ownership of analog blocks
• Proficiency in schematic generation, simulation, and verification using modern CAD tools
• Experience performing Monte Carlo analysis using industry-standard CAD tools
• Solid understanding of analog layouts and ESD

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in silicon validation and debug
