Staff Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and simulate transistor-level integrated circuits for high-performance applications
• Develop innovative circuit solutions for high voltage/current reliability, high resolution, accuracy, low power, and high speed
• Design analog blocks including high-voltage amplifiers, class-AB drivers, comparators, and LDOs
• Conduct block-level feasibility studies and define specifications for new product development
• Oversee and support analog layout activities and assist with lab evaluation and testing
• Collaborate with global multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Mentor and train team members on new architectures and design improvements

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electronic Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
• Expertise in designing amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits, LDOs, and switching power supplies
• Proven experience managing the IC lifecycle from concept through design, layout, evaluation, and production release
• Strong system-level understanding of analog/mixed-signal products
• Ability to drive innovation and propose new architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-current/high-voltage circuit design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration
• Strong technical documentation and presentation capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
