Staff Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural definition and design of complex mixed-signal ICs from concept through production release
• Participate in design optimization for power, performance, and area to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Work with digital design and verification teams on block and system integration at the chip level
• Coordinate with product definition, applications, and test engineering to oversee product transitions
• Assess and resolve complex integrated circuit issues in the laboratory

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of CMOS IC design experience
• Proficiency with high-gain amplifiers, switched-capacitor circuits, comparators, and integrators
• Experience with voltage references, LDOs, and managing layout and post-layout simulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADC/DAC design and audio IC design background
• Proficiency in Cadence schematic capture and SPICE simulation
• Skilled with MATLAB or similar modeling tools
• Knowledge of digital signal processing concepts and analog/digital behavioral modeling
• Previous team and project leadership experience
