Staff Analog and Mixed Signal IC Designer

Responsibilities

• Review SerDes standards and develop analog sub-block specifications
• Design and optimize high-speed analog circuits using CMOS and FinFET technologies
• Propose and execute comprehensive verification strategies
• Collaborate closely with layout and digital design teams
• Present simulation results to internal peers and external customers
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain detailed design documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of CMOS analog/mixed-signal design experience
• Expertise in transistor-level design and SerDes circuits
• Hands-on experience with FinFET layout optimization
• Proficiency with SPICE simulators and industry-standard EDA tools
• Strong scripting skills in Python or TCL
• Solid understanding of reliability and ESD design techniques
