Staff AI-Native Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale AI-native workflows to define the standard development lifecycle
• Institutionalize AI-first development including automated code generation and self-healing test suites
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery and reliability for AmaeCare and AmaeBetter products
• Partner with the CPO on product roadmap, requirements, and technical vision
• Lead and mentor a focused engineering team with high standards for quality and ownership

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff level software engineer
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in management or lead roles
• Deep fluency in AI-native development systems and agentic development systems
• Full-stack proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL/PostgreSQL
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Vercel or AWS
• Strong understanding of security, authentication, and data privacy
• Ability to work in-person from San Francisco or New York

Preferred Qualifications

• Product management experience
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards
