Staff AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities
• Prototype and productionize AI systems including recommendations, natural language interfaces, and agentic workflows
• Develop and scale AI/ML infrastructure to power internal tooling and customer-facing features
• Tackle novel UX problems at the intersection of AI, Business Intelligence, and applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and applied AI
• Full ML lifecycle experience: data curation, training, deployment, and monitoring
• Experience adapting or training foundation models (language or multimodal) for novel domains
• Proven track record of shipping complex systems such as search, recommendations, or machine translation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building agents capable of planning, reasoning, and using tools
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience working in fast-moving startup or high-growth environments
