Staff AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel
• Apply diverse AI techniques including prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and training from scratch
• Design and optimize agent architectures for reasoning, tool use, and complex workflow automation
• Build scalable systems that create compounding AI flywheels through continuous usage improvement
• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to integrate AI reasoning into secure, production-grade systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of production deployments
• Strong Python programming skills
• Deep experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or multi-step reasoning systems
• Understanding of monitoring, evaluation, and iteration processes for production AI systems
• Ability to balance rapid innovation with reliability, scalability, and compliance
