Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure appropriate approvals for all financial transactions
• Participate in monthly and annual close processes for multiple corporate entities
• Reconcile monthly bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Analyze monthly intercompany balances and ensure timely movement of funds
• Review account reconciliations and provide analysis of results/variances
• Prepare monthly expense forecasts and annual budget
• Guide local accountants by coordinating activities and answering questions
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and analytical work
• Maintain flexibility on working hours to interact with staff in China

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workday general ledger and human resource systems
• Global cash flow experience
