Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process AP invoices using Ramp
• Process employee expense reports and review for accuracy of coding and policy compliance using Ramp
• Manage vendor setup and maintenance
• Support weekly payment runs
• Perform daily cash reconciliation
• Support the month-end close process
• Prepare 1099s at year-end and obtain W-9s as needed
• Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall accounting experience
• 4-year Undergraduate Degree, preferably in accounting
