Responsibilities

• Prepare and post routine journal entries adhering to US GAAP
• Execute bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Maintain the fixed asset subledger
• Assist AP function with vendor invoices and statement reconciliation
• Determine month end accruals
• Prepare monthly financial statements for Real Estate Partners
• Complete indirect tax filings and support the Tax team with data gathering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Professional accounting experience
• CPA candidate status
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume processes
• Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools
