Responsibilities

• Process billings for audit services using proprietary software
• Assist with billings for software SaaS and services business
• Assist with client follow-ups on outstanding AR and provide support for inquiries
• Administer the corporate credit card program
• Administer corporate mobile phone program
• Assist with monthly general ledger reconciliations
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements

• Two years experience in industry or public accounting
• Bachelor’s degree (BS in Accounting or Finance preferred)
• Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and cash collections processes
• General ledger experience
• Strong technical skills in computing and analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Ability to learn and perform multiple functions for redundancy within Finance
