Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support financial reporting, variance analysis, audit requests, and intercompany reconciliations
• Partner with Brand Leadership and Finance teams to provide accurate financial information for business decision-making
• Assist with the supervision, training, and development of offshore accounting and accounts payable team members
• Support acquisition and integration activities, including transitioning accounting processes and financial systems
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, documentation, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and month-end close processes
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation
• NetSuite experience
• Experience in Big 4, national, or regional public accounting firms
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations, healthcare organizations, or acquisition integrations
• Experience working with or supporting offshore teams
