Stability Customer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support customers in commercializing products using Qualcomm Linux, Android, and QNX platforms on Snapdragon Automotive series
• Provide customer Q&A and troubleshooting for stability regarding QNX/Linux kernel drivers and Android HAL/framework
• Analyze customer requirements and propose feature design and implementation

Requirements

• Good knowledge of QNX, Linux, and Android OS
• Proficiency in multi-threading, data structures, and basic algorithms
• Knowledge of Application Processor architecture (e.g., ARMv8 Cortex-A) and ARM virtualization/SMMU
• Understanding of hardware blocks including Clocks, PLLs, GPIO, Interrupt Controllers, SD, PCIE, USB, UFS, I2C, SPI, UART, and Power
• Professional experience in coredump and ramdump analysis
• Familiarity with assembly code
• Strong debugging skills using tools like GDB and T32 JTAG-Debugger
• Skillful documentation writing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
