About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise field compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (SSOMA) requirements
- Verify application of critical controls, work permits, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure traceability of inspections and timely issuance of SSOMA reports and indicators
- Perform field inspections (IFS), unannounced inspections, and preventive walkthroughs
- Verify implementation of critical controls for high-risk activities including work at heights, hot work, LOTO, lifting, confined spaces, and excavations
- Register and follow up on SSOMA findings, incidents, and near-misses until closure
- Develop KPIs, weekly dashboards, and daily/monthly reports related to SSOMA management
Requirements
- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- 10 years of SSOMA supervision experience in industrial, mining, and/or port projects
