SSOMA Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation and compliance of the Integrated Management System in laboratories, support areas, and assigned clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legal requirements regarding Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (SSOMA).
• Lead the implementation of safety, health, and environmental procedures, plans, and programs.
• Supervise periodic and unannounced inspections in critical processes and manage resulting action plans.
• Participate in the planning and execution of internal and external audits, managing findings and corrective actions.
• Represent the company before clients on SSOMA matters.
• Lead and manage the assigned team, promoting effective communication and results orientation.
• Detect and correct safety deviations in real-time to prevent incidents.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mining, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience or specialization in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
• Previous experience in supervisory and team leadership positions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SSOMA supervision within the Mining sector.
• Availability to travel nationwide.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Proactivity and commitment to achieving corporate objectives.
