SSIS Program Integrator

Responsibilities

• Manage overall program mission integration, cost and schedule alignment, and risk and opportunity management for the SSIS Program Portfolio.
• Assist with daily program execution using Agile planning methodology, including Risk/Opportunity reviews and On-time Delivery reviews.
• Prepare, monitor, and update required documentation in compliance with contract requirements and RTX Life Cycle Product Management (RLPM) standards.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal functional organizations such as Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Serve as Program Backlog Manager using JIRA to coordinate Program Increment planning cycles and assess performance.
• Support program proposals, kickoff packages, and the preparation of gate packages for leadership review.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and providing support to diverse teams.
• Experience with financial analysis and the use of project management tools and systems.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (e.g., Earned Value Certification).
• Prior experience in the aerospace and defense industry supporting development, production, or sustainment programs.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and programmatic data.
• Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and proposal submittals.
