SSE - Techno Functional PeopleSoft

Responsibilities

• Support PeopleSoft FSCM implementation and maintenance projects as a Techno-Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and perform fit/gap analysis.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications based on business needs.
• Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft-related issues to ensure business system accuracy.
• Create testing scripts and execute quality assurance processes.
• Interact with business users to understand requirements and provide optimal technical solutions.
• Coordinate development, testing, and delivery of system updates.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 8.x or 9.x modules.
• Direct experience with GL, AP, PO, AM, TE, and AR modules.
• Proven experience with at least one end-to-end implementation project.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PS Queries.
• Technical expertise in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, and Application Engine.
• Knowledge of SQR, Crystal reports, AWE, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life-cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Cash Management module.
• Experience working on Managed Service projects.
• Familiarity with Java and HTML.
