SSE Analytics Enablement

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables within analytics enablement environments
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects associated with technology upgrades and deployments
• Perform technology design, governance, and risk reviews for citizen-developed solutions
• Develop Python-based automation and AI solutions for Wholesale use cases
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve strategic goals
• Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff and act as an escalation point for projects

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Experience with Alteryx or similar low-code automation platforms
• 3+ years of Python experience for data processing or automation
• Knowledge of SDLC governance, architecture reviews, and production readiness controls
• Exposure to CI/CD and version control tools such as Git or GitHub
• Experience or exposure with React for building UI components or dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or analytics engineering
• Understanding of data analytics, predictive modeling, or the AI/ML lifecycle
• Familiarity with REST APIs and service integration
• Experience working in citizen development or federated delivery models
