Responsibilities

  • Construct a reliability engineering system including SLO/SLA systems and MTTD/MTTR measurement.
  • Build fault self-healing capabilities and promote chaos engineering practices.
  • Establish a data-driven cost governance system and implement FinOps culture.
  • Develop automated operation and maintenance systems, including GitOps/IaC and AIOps.
  • Design financial-grade network isolation and multi-compliance station deployment architectures.
  • Lead team building and talent cultivation, transforming traditional operations into SRE expertise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, operations, or SRE.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams of 10+ people.
  • Deep understanding of SRE methodologies (SLO/SLI, Error Budgets, Capacity Planning).
  • Practical experience managing annual cloud spending exceeding $5 million.
  • Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
  • Strong programming ability in Go or Python for building automation systems.
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS required, plus GCP, Azure, or Tencent Cloud).
  • Experience in financial-grade or highly regulated compliance environments (PCI-DSS, SOC2).

Preferred Qualifications

  • SRE management experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or payment companies.
  • Large-scale Kubernetes cluster operation and maintenance experience.
  • Experience building internal cost platforms or FinOps tools.
  • Practical experience in chaos engineering (Chaos Monkey, Litmus).
