Sr. Workfront Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion platforms
• Own the Workfront product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing strategic initiatives and fixes
• Lead the Workfront System Admin team and represent the platform in the MarTech Steering Committee
• Govern metadata taxonomy, data quality, and platform hygiene
• Onboard new teams through discovery, configuration, and training
• Partner with the Fusion Lead to define integration priorities with Adobe Creative Cloud, Frame.io, and Orange Logic DAM
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for Group Admins and IT partners
• Monitor Adobe Workfront release notes and serve as primary POC with Adobe Customer Success

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Marketing Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront administration
• 5+ years of experience leading a SaaS work management or marketing operations platform
• Proficiency with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront Administrator certification
• Adobe Workfront Fusion certification
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Frame.io, and Orange Logic DAM
