Sr. Workday Analyst (Finance Functional)

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday Finance system configuration, including worktag updates and posting rule changes
• Optimize business processes through unit testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing
• Resolve JIRA requests and support end users by testing new functionality and documenting changes
• Update and maintain reports using advanced skills in composite reports and calculated fields
• Manage Workday Security access while adhering to segregation of duties principles
• Lead the biannual Workday release process by reviewing new features and managing change management efforts

Requirements

• 3-6 years of Workday Financials experience
• Functional expertise in at least two areas: Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Revenue Management, Procurement, Expenses, or Security
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro Certification in one or more Financial areas
• Familiarity with Finance Integrations
