About the role

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new relationships with ultra-high net worth (UHNW) individuals, families, and non-profit institutions.
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive growth within a targeted client base.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to advise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax planning strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of Centers of Influence (COIs), including attorneys, CPAs, and estate professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions and transition new accounts to appropriate management teams.
  • Act as a local brand ambassador through engagement with civic and philanthropic organizations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales and relationship management experience, preferably within wealth management.
  • Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
  • Deep knowledge of fiduciary capabilities, including personal trusts, investment management, and custody services.
  • Strong understanding of estate and tax planning strategies.
  • Proven ability to profile complex financial landscapes and connect client needs to specific service capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within a team-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional designations such as CFP, CFTA, CFA, or CIMA.
  • An established network of professional advisors and COIs in the UHNW space.
