Sr. Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain all daily warehouse functions, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping/receiving operations.
• Ensure materials are received from proper vendors, delivered to inventory, and finished goods are packaged and shipped according to customer specifications.
• Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure efficient warehouse operations and provide leadership according to established policies.
• Review material receipts to ensure purchase orders are accurate and maintain proper inventory levels for supplies and shipping materials.
• Monitor and control the slot maintenance program and implement material control systems to regulate productivity.
• Provide input for establishing and modifying operational methods and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in materials functions, preferably in a retail-related industry.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of quick-turn, ship-on-demand environments.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical exertion, including lifting objects over 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
