Sr. Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check, and store equipment and supplies accurately
• Package and prepare equipment and supplies for patient distribution
• Process paperwork, including distribution forms, requisitions, and purchase orders
• Assist in dispatching delivery routes and performing post-delivery data entry
• Perform quality assurance checks on all incoming products
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and accuracy of oxygen and operational logs
• Conduct periodic physical inventory and cycle counts
• Clean and sterilize medical equipment and perform minor repairs
• Train and mentor less experienced Warehouse Clerks
• Act as a backup to delivery personnel when necessary

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of related work experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (minimum three years)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical
• Ability to lift and move objects ranging from 10 lbs. to 160 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT and FDA regulations
• Experience in the Home Healthcare industry
• Two years of inventory management experience
• CDL with Hazardous Materials endorsement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software
