Sr. UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the user experience design process for Open Finance digital products across web and mobile platforms.
• Design information architecture, interaction flows, wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps.
• Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
• Create high-quality UI designs and mockups that align with established design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with product strategy.
• Support usability testing, user interviews, and research activities to inform design decisions.
• Manage design projects from concept to delivery while ensuring brand consistency.
• Contribute to the development of UX strategy and continuous improvement of design workflows.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven track record of designing complex web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and user research.
• Deep knowledge of responsive design and digital accessibility standards.
