Sr. UX Writer

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and accessible UI content across complex enterprise workflows
• Simplify technical concepts such as routing, permissions, and AI actions into digestible language
• Develop cross-product voice and tone guidelines, terminology frameworks, and reusable content patterns
• Shape language frameworks for AI prompts, agent actions, and generative content to build user trust
• Partner with Design, PM, and Engineering teams to ensure product clarity and consistency
• Establish naming conventions and taxonomy aligned with platform information architecture
• Create scalable processes for content review and documentation across multiple product pods

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in UX writing or content design for complex SaaS or platform products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of UI writing, workflow clarity, and system-level thinking
• Proven ability to simplify dense, technical, or multi-step enterprise workflows
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Design, Product Management, and Engineering
• Deep understanding of accessibility, localization, and writing for a global audience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing for AI-powered products, generative content, or intelligent agentic workflows
• Background in enterprise software, CCaaS, or insights and analytics platforms
• Experience contributing to or creating content patterns within a design system
• Familiarity with information architecture and product terminology design
