Sr. Utility Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in executing planned preventive maintenance for utility systems.
• Organize and perform maintenance for HVAC, CAPA, CCM, BMS, EMS, and laundry machines.
• Plan and supervise external contractors for renovation projects to ensure compliance with GMP and specifications.
• Implement critical system qualifications, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Manage facility HVAC improvement projects to meet GMP and EHS requirements.
• Control and manage project expenses to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Maintain and update QA SOPs and documentation.
• Support audits and conduct related EHS programs.
• Implement lean energy programs to meet energy-saving targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Automation, HVAC, or Construction.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience, preferably within a JV company.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and cleanroom standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Solid foundation in electrical automatic control and operational experience.
• Experience in project management and facility system maintenance.
• Good English communication and expression skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facility or critical system management within pharmaceutical enterprises.
• Familiarity with medical device regulations (e.g., MD GMP).
