Sr Transformation Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the program or project from discovery through deployment, driving accountability, structure, and transparency
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and a value-driven roadmap in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Identify, understand, and track key risks and issues that require escalation
• Assess project health and status, highlighting opportunities for improvement to stakeholders
• Make recommendations to management regarding solutions to resolve business problems and drive execution
• Coordinate across multiple departments including IT, Finance, Third-party Vendors, and Business Users
• Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to evaluate current business processes and requirements
• Identify and manage program and project dependencies
• Coach, mentor, and supervise team members and consultants to ensure positive action and accountability

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in the financial services industry, specifically within IT
• Proven experience in the selection and onboarding of IT vendors
• Experience implementing new technologies from the ground up (end-to-end)
• Proficiency with JIRA
• Strong familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have USC or GC work authorization
