Sr Training Manager: Digital Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end digital learning ecosystem, including LMS/LXP administration, user roles, and enrollment workflows.
• Act as the primary custodian of the organizational learning content library, ensuring all assets are tagged, governed, and current.
• Design and develop high-quality digital learning content, including e-learning modules, micro-learning videos, and simulations.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate content scripting, quiz generation, and rapid development cycles.
• Manage external content vendors, translating business requirements into clear briefs and overseeing end-to-end delivery.
• Partner with Business Unit training managers and SMEs to conduct needs analysis and validate learning accuracy.
• Establish quality assurance processes for all digital assets to ensure technical functionality and instructional effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in L&D or Digital Learning.
• 3+ years of experience in LMS administration or e-learning development.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise-grade LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Docebo).
• Proficiency in industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Proven experience using Generative AI tools for L&D applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ATD CPLP/CPTD or SHRM-CP.
• Recognized certification in AI tools for L&D.
• Experience working within highly regulated sectors such as Pharma or FMCG.
