Sr Trade Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of trade marketing plans, including loyalty programs, visibility initiatives, POSM, brand activations, and sales force contests.
• Manage and control the trade marketing budget using internal systems to ensure alignment with annual company strategy.
• Plan the trade marketing calendar and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal materials and costs.
• Conduct training for the sales force regarding product launches, tasting protocols, and shopper marketing activities.
• Perform regular market visits to monitor marketing activities and manage the inventory of promotional materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or a similar sales-focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience in budget planning and administration.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data and information analysis.
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Expertise in database management and objection handling.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
• Ability to develop creative initiatives that accelerate business development.
