Sr. TPM, Electronics Programs

Responsibilities

• Lead automotive cross-functional projects and programs to ensure they meet timelines, budgets, and technical specifications
• Manage in-house hardware designs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver according to committed schedules
• Coordinate relationships with Tier 1 suppliers to source and develop critical components while ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Drive the development of complex systems end-to-end, from technical requirement definition to series production maintenance
• Manage and communicate project risks and mitigation plans to program leadership
• Execute root-cause analysis to identify, predict, and mitigate deviations from program expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of proven experience leading technical projects involving low voltage electronics (e.g., audio, device charging, power delivery)
• 5+ years of experience in the design, specification, and implementation of complex product features
• Knowledge of automotive and safety standards such as ISO26262 or IATF 16949
• Experience managing Tier 1 supplier relationships and technical requirements
• Ability to travel occasionally (10-20%) within and outside of the USA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers on Build-to-Print components
• Proficiency with Atlassian Software (JIRA, Confluence) and 3DX
• Experience with automotive development processes, including design reviews and engineering change management
• Strong ability to facilitate team decision-making and coordinate complex action plans
