Sr. Therapeutic Specialist, HIV Treatment

Responsibilities

• Represent Gilead's HIV treatment products to healthcare providers within the Tampa South territory to drive sales and manage key accounts.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare providers through in-person meetings and strategic partnerships.
• Deliver clinical updates, disease awareness information, and education on healthcare changes to diverse audiences.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues, including field reimbursement managers and medical scientists, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Adhere to all corporate, PhRMA, and OIG compliance standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage administrative tasks including call activity reporting, expense submission, and territory budget management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with a BS/BA degree, or 4+ years of experience with an MS/MA degree.
• Proven experience selling Buy and Bill products with a track record of sales success.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory (Tampa, St. Petersburg, Ft. Myers, and Naples).
• Ability to meet onsite visitation requirements of healthcare practitioners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry sales experience.
• Experience selling injectable physician-administered products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in specialty markets.
• Familiarity with the managed care landscape and its impact on business.
• Experience managing a multiple product portfolio.
