Sr Test Mfg Eng Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Tool Room operations, including workshop machinery such as lathes, cutting, and grinding machines.
• Lead the Tool Design area using CAD, drawing platforms, GD&T, and basic design principles.
• Oversee personnel management including training, development, and performance monitoring of team members.
• Drive quality and productivity in manufacturing engineering processes.
• Foster an inclusive culture by recruiting talent, developing successors, and driving employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).
• Experience managing tool room operations and personnel, including workshop machinery.
• Proficiency with CAD software, drawing platforms, and GD&T principles.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and personnel management experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or related high-precision industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of workshop machine maintenance and safety standards.
• Ability to foster teamwork and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
