Sr. Technical Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage aerospace and defense projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within schedule and cost constraints
• Develop discrepancy-free processes by improving work instructions and design intent through data-driven statistical analysis
• Support full PPAP verification and work with the quality organization to implement lessons learned across the enterprise
• Ensure on-time product qualification by developing qualification plans and addressing customer manufacturing inquiries
• Collaborate closely with Project Leadership to maintain project scope and status reporting
• Perform cross-functional tasks involving design, manufacturing process development, and product testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in engineering design, manufacturing, test, or analysis
• Proficiency in NX and Teamcenter
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product development with proficiency in manufacturing process design, product definition, or product test
• Experience acting as a customer interface
• Experience with PPAP, statistics, or product quality processes
• Experience working with DOD programs
• Existing Secret Clearance
