Sr. Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of hardware projects from conception through delivery
• Lead cross-functional project meetings and milestone reviews
• Present project status and updates to the executive team
• Create detailed project plans and schedules in collaboration with overseas teams
• Coordinate and plan all engineering builds at supplier locations
• Manage complex technology decision-making processes under aggressive schedules
• Drive configuration management deliverables to ensure timely release of assemblies to production

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules
• Proven ability to manage complex technology decisions and build sustainable processes
• Strong leadership influence and ability to earn trust across functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• PMP certification
• Experience managing the introduction of new technologies
• Solid understanding of the product development process and technical requirements for technology integration
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
