Sr. Technical Producer

Responsibilities

• Build and manage systems to track deadlines, manage ad-hoc requests, and allocate daily task assignments
• Partner with leadership to scope new requests, establish acceptance criteria, and run daily standups and sprint planning
• Identify and clear technical blockers to keep engineers focused
• Track projects across database infrastructure, player tracking, payment systems, and internal tools
• Conduct regular 1:1s to align career goals and foster a collaborative environment
• Mentor team members on data engineering best practices
• Lead post-mortems to identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions
• Centralize technical knowledge through system architecture and process documentation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, production, or technical operations
• Strong conceptual understanding of software architecture, API integrations, and database logic
• Proficiency with Jira, Basecamp, and Confluence
• Ability to use data to identify workflow bottlenecks
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder updates and cross-team coordination
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
