Sr. Technical Manager (Department Head)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Taiwan Technical Solutions and Pre-Sales team
• Develop technical support processes, team KPIs, and technical strategies
• Lead the design of Data Center Infrastructure solutions, including UPS, Critical Power, Thermal/Cooling, and Electrical/Mechanical systems
• Drive large-scale project solution reviews, technical presentations, PoCs, and technical consulting
• Partner with Sales teams to drive strategic opportunities and customer engagement
• Coordinate with Product, Factory, Service, and Bid Management teams to ensure solution integrity and delivery quality
• Manage technical escalations and complex technical issues
• Monitor industry trends in AI Data Centers, Cooling, and Critical Power

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, HVAC, Thermal, or a related engineering field
• 8+ years of experience in Data Center Infrastructure, Critical Power, or Thermal Management
• 3+ years of technical leadership or team management experience
• Proven experience in Pre-sales or Solution Engineering
• Strong expertise in UPS, Cooling, and Data Center Architecture
• Excellent English technical communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI Data Centers or Hyperscale Infrastructure
• Experience with Liquid Cooling or High-Density Cooling projects
• Background in Data Center, Cloud, or high-tech facility projects
• Experience working with consulting firms, System Integrators (SI), or Colocation customers
