Sr. Technical Delivery Director

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead the Technical Delivery Team to meet customer goals and create a high-performance culture
• Maintain team technical skills on the latest Snowflake features and provide technical oversight for engagements
• Build and execute strategic business plans to meet regional revenue and consumption targets
• Create accurate financial forecasts for revenue, utilization, backlog, and hiring
• Lead large, complex engagements and act as an escalation point for executive stakeholders
• Standardize delivery processes by reviewing proposals and developing efficiency tools
• Partner with Sales, Resource Management, and GTM teams to align service offerings with customer needs
• Collaborate with Partner Account teams to scale services delivery through implementation partners

Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
• 15+ years of services delivery experience, including leading large teams of 25+
• Proven experience managing financial targets such as revenue, headcount, and utilization
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including consultants, implementation specialists, and project managers
• Strong executive stakeholder presence for both internal and external engagement
• Ability to identify process improvements and manage project risks
• Ability to travel as needed
