Sr Talent Audit Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide audit evidence to support the Company’s third-party reporting to talent in an efficient and effective manner
• Investigate, research, and resolve potential issues impacting contractual reporting obligations during audit fieldwork
• Partner with various business units across the organization to expedite and support audit requests
• Communicate directly with third-party auditors to resolve potential issues
• Respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and suggest improvements to the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of related auditing or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface with team members at all levels
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical hands-on audit experience with a reputable public company
• Entertainment industry experience
• CPA or CPA candidate
