Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding for corporate roles.
• Serve as a consultative partner to leaders, providing market insights and guidance on talent decisions.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market research.
• Use data and metrics to track progress, share insights, and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Yum!’s values.
• Champion equity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding inclusive practices in every hiring process.

Requirements

• 6+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search proficiency.
• Experience with recruiting technologies such as Greenhouse, Oracle, or similar ATS.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and use talent acquisition metrics to inform strategy.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
